Kidsaver only stores information we need to provide you with quality training and ancillary services.  For example, your name an email address so that we can contact you if the need arises.

No credit card details are stored on this site.

Credit / Debit Card Payments

Kidsaver uses the internationally recognised third-party payment processor, Stripe for handling credit card payments. Stripe is certified as a PCI Service Provider Level 1, the highest level of security certification for the payment card industry.

Refund Policy

Classes are paid for by credit or debit card at the time of booking.

Under normal circumstances we require at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your class attendance. If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to course commencement you will be entitled to a refund of 75% of the course cost.  If you fail to attend a course, without prior notice you will not be entitled to a refund of the course fee.

To obtain a refund you are required to make a written request in the form of an email or letter. Where a refund is approved, the refund payment will be paid directly back to your credit card via Stripe.  You will see the refund as a credit on your card statement in 5 to 10 business days, depending on your Bank.

Gift Cards

Kidsaver gift cards contain a unique transaction ID number and are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Kidsaver gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash and no refunds can be given should you subsequently change your mind regarding the purchase.

Kidsaver gift cards must be used within 6 months of purchase. However extensions on gift cards can be requested in writing by email or letter within 15 days of original expiry. Any extensions requested outside this 15 day grace period will not be considered.

If a Kidsaver gift card is purchased and subsequently lost, the recipient may be eligible to have a replacement voucher emailed to them, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The gift card is still valid and has not yet been used.
  2. Proof of purchase is provided in the form of the transaction ID number and the purchaser’s full name and email address
  3. Kidsaver is able to correctly verify you are the original recipient.

Please note that it is the gift card recipient’s responsibility to obtain and provide Kidsaver with all required verification details. Failure to do so will mean no replacement gift card voucher can be issued.
